Join us for Root + Rise, a transformative 4-part journey to reconnect with your deepest self, the vibrant energy of nature, and the intuitive whispers that guide your path.
How we’ll journey:
Root + Rise is a sacred container for empowerment, healing, and direct revelation. We’ll honor the potent energy of the spring equinox as a time to compost what no longer serves and welcome what is asking to be born.
Through natural dance movement, drum-powered journeys, intuitive creativity, and dreamwork, we’ll connect deeply with and through the four elements, each guiding us through a phase of our journey:
4 Saturdays from the Spring Equinox to the Summer Solstice, 5-6:30pm
- Sat. March 29th: Dreaming with the Earth (Nourishment & Belonging)
- Sat. April 26th: Navigating the Open Seas (Flow & Expression)
- Sat. May 24: Traveling with the Winds (Clarity & Inspiration)
- Sat. June 21: Igniting the Flame (Activation & Celebration)
What to Expect:
- Natural Movement: Express yourself through intuitive dance. No experience needed.
- Shamanic Journeys: Relax deeply and receive guidance directly.
- Intuitive Creativity: Explore your inner world through art journaling.
- Active Dreaming: Engage with your dreams for profound insights.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- Water bottle
- Art journal

- Your own drum or rattle
- A blanket or cushion for comfy sitting
