Gather in a relaxed setting and experience being gently guided through meditation, intuitive creative journaling prompts and visual exercises. Discover the magic of working visually with image and language to breathe, check in with yourself, practice curiosity, release tension, play, and create new ways of seeing that you can apply directly to your daily life. You are worthy of this time and attention. Slow down, feel connected, inspired, and supported on a regular basis.
Who is this for?
If you are an adult with a desire to carve out quiet space in your life to process what you’re thinking and feeling, connect to your intuition, and gain awareness this gathering is for you. No artistic experience of any kind necessary. Simply bring yourself and an open mind, heart, and hands.
Materials:
Bring your own mixed media journal, size 9×12 preferred, or work with provided sheets of paper. All other materials provided.
Attendance:
We meet on Tuesdays, 5-6pm.
Attend weekly, every other week, or whenever you feel the need for self care. Registration is required every week.
